Refunds, returns & shipping.

To receive a full refund, the item must be sent back to us in the same condition it was received — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Items returned worn, marked, altered or missing tags will not be refunded.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Every order ships with tracking. Once we provide a tracking number, the parcel is in the hands of the courier. If tracking shows the item was dispatched and it does not arrive, that is outside of our control and we are unable to accept a refund or issue a replacement.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
